The delivery and picup surcharge is calculated depending on the order amount as well as the distance from our warehouse in Embleton 6062. Please advise us the delivery location when you send us a booking quote request. 

 Please advise us if the venue is in upstairs. it might incur surcharges. Please check our Terms and condition for the general policies.

MINIMUM HIRE & DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY & PICKUP

Delivery and pickup services are available for all bookings.

Fees start from $120 (ex GST) and may vary depending on distance, access, timing, and site conditions.

Delivery & Pickup Fees (Based on Distance from Warehouse – 6062)

• Within local area (standard service): from $120 (ex GST)
• Within 10km: from $120 (ex GST)
• Within 15km: from $150 (ex GST)
• Within 20km: from $180 (ex GST)
• Within 25km: from $220 (ex GST)
• Within 30km: from $250 (ex GST)
• Over 35km: To be advised (customised quote provided)
• Same-night pickup incurs an additional surcharge starting from $150 (ex GST).

Please note: Final delivery and pickup fees may vary depending on access, timing, and event requirements, and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• We also offer a customer pickup (DIY) option, which does not incur delivery fees and may be suitable for smaller bookings.

• Within 5-10km: $180 (ex GST)
• Within 15km: $250 (ex GST)
• Within 20km: $350 (ex GST)
• Within 25km: $400 (ex GST)
• Within 30km: $450 (ex GST)
• Over 35km: To be advised (quote provided upon enquiry)
